This course introduces client-side Internet programming using HTML 
and JavaScript.  Topics include use of frames and tables, use of 
meta tags, JavaScript techniques for site navigation.  Upon 
completion, students should be able to write HTML documents that 
incorporate programming to provide web page organization and 
navigation functions.
