| A 100 percent refund will be granted within the
first fifteen (15) days of the official student registration
date or the official first day of class, whichever is later,
if the student has not completed 10 percent of the coursework.
The student must request in writing to be withdrawn from the
class and to receive a refund of tuition and fees within the
first fifteen (15) days from the student's registration date
or from the first official day of the class, whichever is later.
No refunds will be granted after this 15-day period.
Tuition and fees covered by a third party will receive a
100 percent refund if the student does not participate in
the class within the first fifteen (15) days of the official
student registration date or the official first day of class,
whichever is later. The instructor will withdraw or drop the
student from the class indicating no participation or never
attended on the withdrawal form processed within the 15-day
period.
